However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, notify us on the same day of delivery with clear photos.

Once approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.

- Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased under discount/sale are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us with the issue and product details.
- Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit upon return.
Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
- Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise approved.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value returns.
We do not guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
